Only tomorrow to catch up and I don't like the odds there, so we might bleed into SSB

SSB+SMB+WVBA Rumble was pretty good with most of the big names, and several deep runs, most notably #1 Daisy, #10 Snake, and #18 Luigi. But in the end, it came down to the latecomers as usual, with #30 Dedede over #24 Shiek. Link gets the snub slot.

Today's rumble is PAU+DGMN+NIS, starting off with the coveted triple-elim-ring-clear! Mimi Tachikawa, Etemon, Mochi, and Gatomon all had really deep runs after the restart, but by the end it was the usual crowd of late entries, and #25 Myotismon took it over #29 Izanami. Agumon gets a pretty debatable snub spot.

Today's Rumble (no rumble yesterday, it got pinned by brain in a triple threat with TEW) was Dissidia, Trails, and the UK FA. Big names like Zack, Sephiroth, and Lightning cycled through fairly quickly, leaving us with an obvious Cloud snub and a final two of #28 Sazh over #29 Galuf. Was kinda hoping for a Ys upset after some of them made it deep!

First time actually seeing the whole dang rumblethon!

Pokken+FE+SMRPG is the rumble du jour. Double elim start again, but only once this time. Deep runs from #12 Charizard, #14 Gunther, and #15 Marth, but it was an underdog kinda rumble by the end. #28 Steelix prevails over #21 Florina and a bunch of other tiny people. Mewtwo snub.

Also please talk me out of starting *another* FttM project alongside all this, I even statted out a roster for it but I don't get much B8WL in to begin with

Today's rumble is F/GO+gen VN FA. Mash had a pretty good run from #2. Rin Tezuka got a slot and I forgot for half her run that she wasn't Rin Tohsaka. #30 Quetz over #29 Astolfo at the end. Arturia snub.

DR+AA Rumble got a decent chunk of all franchises involved. Solid run from Oogami Sakura at #12. #29 Impostor over #25 Furio Tigre, oddly. Phoenix Wright gets snub.

When They Cry rumble went pretty cookie- Deep runs from Genji and Jestress, but ended with #30 Irie over #29 Gannet. Maids~ Beato gets the snub, Rika and Rena both having had fairly forgettable appearances

NJPW got into the TH+GF+GWM+LoGH Rumble due to their GWM associations, and kinda wrecked house. #25 Okada over #28 Tanahashi at the end, snub to Reimu.

Nothing too crazy in today's IDORU+CGDCT+SKRS+PC+Anime FA rumble. #29 Koshigaya Komari over #25 San, snub spot to Hatsune Miku.

Two double elims in a row (Goku/Bobobo and then Aoshi/Hiei) to kick off the Jump (JUS+RK+YYH+C2) rumble at a 1/1296 chance! Cell entered at #12 and made it to final 3, but ultimately it was #17 Trunks over #29 Claire Stanfield. Naruto gets the snub spot.

(Goku would absolutely play into some dumb Bobobo shenanigan like that, and Aoshi and Hiei would absolutely tunnel vision each other out of the match if given a chance)

In actual TEW news I just realized I missed some GLITTER FA so that's annoying but we'll figure it out

Nothing super interesting in the WoT+WoK+FA rumble- a bunch of the cool people entered in the middle and didn't make it to endgame. #28 Padan Fain over #30 Stormfather at the end. Rand gets the snub spot.

Star [Wars/Trek/-gate] Rumble! Khan started, eventually cleared the ring, and then immediately did a double elim with General Hux, leading to our first empty ring in an official Rumble! And then the restart of sorts kicked off with Vader eliminating Rey and Palpatine as they came in! Probably the most interesting Rumble I've run, with a lot of the big names (especially from SW) managing to get spots. And yet, Admiral Holdo outlasted a star-studded finale to win from #26 by eliminating #30 Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. Luke Skywalker gets the snub spot, contested only really by Picard.

started a "Road to Glory" save, which is essentially a backyard to global game with some extra frills

The LotR+OWL rumble rolled a lot of big HP names, but in the end it was #25 Jadis taking it over #26 Ron Weasley. Proper finish, that. Snub to Gandalf.

A couple of those were there to start, but on the other hand like Jannetty is also in rehab but that didn't even show up because he's still out from a leg

I'm having issues actually, y'know, playing TEW. There don't seem to be many interesting mods; I think 2020 lost a lot of fans and the community seems to be dying. I guess we're not that far off from my being able to play this mod (you could now if you wanted, it's just not super polished and EUR is missing) but I like having a save going that's unrelated to my mod, and I haven't really been able to get any traction with one for quite some time. :\

CHIKARA BLACK+WMAC+TCW+FA rumble (otherwise known as the one only I will care about) was taken home by Jigsaw, entering at 30 and last eliminating WMAC's Warlock. Good moments included deep runs by Tsunami and Archibald Peck, and a starting two of Mouse and Miss Elizabeth. Kevin Steen gets the snub spot, with El Generico his only real competition.

WCW+AEW+STARDOM Rumble: #27 Jungle Boy over #26 Miho Wakizawa. A lot of big names in and out during the front half lol. Sting gets the snub spot, although I enjoyed the internal debate of whether WCW Jericho was a bigger deal than AEW Sting.

meanwhile in rumble land, Andre wins the WWF/WWE/tabletop wrasslegames Rumble from #29, last eliminating #28 Umaga. Sandow had a really nice Cinderella run from #1, but alas. The Rock gets the snub spot.

Playtests and adjustments gone. Gave a small universal buff to teenagers and RA because those have consistently been underpowered this whole time. Next up is my least favorite part, title lineages and Hall of Fame/Immortals!

Black Belt wins the inaugural MSPA/OotS Rumble from #30, last eliminating Agatha Heterodyne! We also got a pretty strong run from both members of ICP. Black Mage gets the Snub spot (one of the last Rumbles will be made up of the biggest names that failed to roll a spot in each prelim Rumble)

Overhauled the system for determining how many eliminations. Doing eliminate-and-roll-again on 5 and 6 finally made it eliminate too FAST. (I did a run I scrapped after the ring cleared all the way to 0 multiple times...also fun because at one point it was just Cucumber and Almond in the ring) Now I'll roll a die per active competitor, and roll as many eliminations as there are 6s. Seems to hit the sweet spot on this first one.

(TEW is still going, there's just not much to report)

I'm gonna do my own little rumblethon with that game I think, just to get it out of my head. Three rumbles for each region of Phoenix-verse plus some special ones to take it up to 30. No details because I want to keep it lightweight, but I'll at least note winners and stuff here I reckon.

I get promises rarely enough that I almost forget about the mechanic entirely, but I guess we just really like Yak. (and honestly, who doesn't?)

just because one silly Rumble a day isn't enough I made a quick little dice/RNG game

On 1-3 nothing happens and you draw the next entrant, on 4-6 somebody is eliminated, and on 6 you roll again after the elimination. When somebody is eliminated, your roll d6 again- 1 you eliminate the smallest (tiebreaker: weakest) guy, 2 the guy who's been in the longest, 3 the lowest on the card, 4-5 completely random, 6 you get to pick.

I found a site that spits out random WWE guys and ran a test- Sgt. Slaughter won from #22, last eliminating George Steele. Simple and silly but it was a fun, like, five minutes lol

EDIT: Ran a second, won by #28 Cena, Bret runnerup. I think I'll make 5-6 "eliminate and roll again" because the ring fills up a weensy bit too much.

I was already planning on throwing in a few late She-Ra additions but it occurs to me that I'd also rather give it the future fed slot than Steven Universe (which I will watch eventually but haven't yet)
